Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shoprid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Shoprid on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Use of Service

Shoprid provides cloud-based business management tools, including inventory management, point of sale (POS), e-commerce, customer management, invoicing, reporting, and related services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Shoprid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of Shoprid require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan and are payable in advance. Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments are non-refundable. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features until payment is received.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use Shoprid for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, servers, or other user accounts.
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without authorization.
Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Service.
Use the platform to infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and technology associated with Shoprid remain the exclusive property of Shoprid and its its parent company, Beespeed Technologies Limited. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoprid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. While we strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or available without interruption.

Governing Law & Changes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Shoprid reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
